Dynamics Tips:
Simpler Printing
- Find it frustrating that you have to click twice anytime you print something from Microsoft Dynamics GP? You can simplify printing by turning off the print dialogue box so that you only have to click once. Here’s how:
  1.  Close out of Microsoft Dynamics GP.

  2. Right-click on the Start menu.

  3. Click on the folder that contains your Microsoft Dynamics GP code (for example, C:\Great Plains).

  4.  Double-click on the Dex.ini file.

  5. Type “NoPrintDialogs=TRUE” at the bottom of the file.

  6.  Save and close the file.

  7.  Repeat the above steps for each user who does not want the print dialogue box to display.

Dynamics Help to Your Liking - When selecting the Help feature within Microsoft Dynamics GP, you may want to change the font. All you need to do is the following:

  1. Open up Internet Explorer.

  2.  From the menu bar, select View.

  3.  Within the View option, select the Text Size option. You can change the font size from large to small and back again, depending on your preference.
