1. Fall User Group Meeting - October 18th:
Don't miss the InterDyn - Great Plains Fall User Group meeting on Wednesday, October 18th. The presentation and training will be held at the:

Register at 8:30am and the presentation starts at 9 am to 12:30.  A lunch will be provided, and the program will qualify for 3 hours of CPE.  Below is a  detailed agenda of what we will be discussing.

Liaison Messenger -  is a forms automation tool that facilitates the distribution of Great Plains forms (quotes, orders, invoices, purchase orders, etc.) via email, fax or regular printing.  For example, an invoice can be automatically emailed to one customer and faxed to another.  Second and  third copies of forms can be distributed differently.

Extender - see how the Extender module will let you easily add unlimited data fields to the Microsoft Great Plains tables.

Audit Trails - Audit Trails is a module that enables tracking of changes to any data within Great Plains along with the ability to re-create transaction history.

Electronic Signature - is a module that enables preventative controls any place in the system where data is changed.  Electronic signatures presents the user with a window that can require one or more authorized passwords before the data change can be completed.

Safe Pay - Many banks are requiring or strongly suggesting that you use positive pay "safe pay" to protect your company from fraud.  See how this can be easily done with your Microsoft Great Plains system.
